Daily Menu Delicacies date (13-10-2023) // eating healthy and delicious food

Hello!How are you all?I hope everyone is fine and doing good, I'm good too.Today I'm going to share what I have eaten whole day.
Breakfast |

Today I woke up at 6am .First I prayed nimaz and recite Holy Quran.It was around 7am when I did my breakfast.I ate omlett, paratha along with hot cup of tea.
About 11am I ate a bowl of mix fruits.Fruits provide nutrients to body so I always try to consume some fruits during day.
Lunch |

Today is Friday and Friday is considered to be short day so I don't eat to much during lunch.I only ate samosa and pikoras aroud 2pm.
Dinner |

After tuitions I was so hungry so my mother cooked some delicious rice and daal for me.I ate daal chawal along with pickles and yougurt.

Fruit salad and samosas! Two of my favorites!
Pomegranates are very expensive in South Africa therefore, we cannot eat it every day. One will cost you +/- 15 STEEM, double the price of white bread.
Overall, you had a pretty balanced meal day.
