BREAKFAST TIME

I always prefer something light for breakfast. So today I had an egg and paratha in the morning. Eggs are a food that keeps our body healthy and helps in providing complete nutrition to the body. Egg is a non-vegetarian food, so it also helps to replenish the body. So in the morning I eat eggs and paratha.So I try to have a boiled egg or poached egg every morning and try to have something like flour bread or oil fried bread with it.

LUNCE TIME

Today I had a heavy meal at noon. It takes a lot to put everyone in at noon, so everyone wants to eat a little. So today my lunch consisted of potal bhaji with cotton fish, cooking fish eggs, and cooking kalmishak. Meat is very beneficial for our body. So if we put I in every meal then all the losses in our body will be fulfilled and body composition will increase.

EVENING TIME

The route I took this evening was some milkshakes. Which I like very much and has a lot of nutrients and energy. Milk is a non-vegetarian food that fills many parts of our body. Add light sugar to the milk and shake it gently when it becomes soft and it tastes very fun and delicious. I eat it almost every time.

DINNER TIME

Tonight I had beef with homemade cheese bread. Which is very tasty and very fun. The beef was the Eid sacrifice. These foods were on my food list for the whole day today.
