It is interesting how the clouds sometimes make the mountains look so small by comparison! Looks like it's about the rain in the image and I hope we get some rain again before too long as well! Nice picture, it encapsulates Sedona pretty well.
Because of the size and depth of these cumulus clouds I was able to maximize the effect by using a super wide lens. It worked. I'm looking forward to sharing with you another night of fabulous star photography under the light of a 20 percent crescent moon.
Hi @irvinesimages , I like your description, we all need the rain, here in Medellín the temperatures are very high, it is difficult to maintain a constant rhythm of life, hopefully the rains appear again to refresh us all and everything.

The clouds seems as if it is going to rain, but I like the perfect blending of the sky to the surrounding environment it looks so colorful and beautiful
It was funny how it was on the threshold of rain, and then all of a sudden lost it's energy and dissipated. Oh well maybe next time. Thanks.

That sky is expansive. I love the distinct color lines in the shot - green, red, blue. Cool effect!
