Worrying and struggling are the proof that we are alive. In life you'll have your ups and downs, but don't worry everyone goes through the same cycle. Just like your heart rate variability it should show ups and downs on the HR monitor, because a flat line means that the person is dead.

So embrace life as it is and remember that life shouldn't always be perfect, you'll get bored and won't realize how blessed you are. Every once in a while, you'll go through a new "adventure" that will teach you a lot of new things.
So be prepared, you never know when your next adventure will start, for life is unpredictable.
