Don’t let appearance fool you:

Hello dear Steemians:

The other day I gave my friend a segment of orange and warned her saying:”You’ll find three pips inside of it.” She ate it and told me that I was wrong, there were actually 4 pips inside of it.

A while ago I looked at the segment that I gave to my friend and was only able to see 3 pips. I thought about what happened, took another segment of orange and started looking at it. I estimated the number of pips to be 4. But after I ate it I realized that there were 5 pips inside of it. Again I miscalculated it.

This incident made me realize that what you see isn’t everything. From oranges to people to life, what you see is only the visible part of the iceberg. Don’t let appearance fool you, and look at things from different perspectives and angles. Only then you’ll be able to find the true meaning behind everything.
