I have to admit that because of my line of work I'm able to travel; visit many places, stay in nice hotels or service residence and enjoy good food. All part of the benefits of being in the service and hospitality industry. I've got no complains just true appreciation of what is given to me. Of course, what is good also means that I have work and show results to my superiors in order to continue enjoying such luxuries.

Check out my dinner ... Seafood Spaghetti with Bolognaise Sauce. All part of my site inspection trip to Hoi An a few week ago. I've taken so many photos that I almost forgot to share this specific one.

We've always had the saying that hotel food is only as good as it gets.. But, I can safely say that the food served at The Pearl Hoi An taste really good. Which is really surprising !!
