Weekly Report As Steem Representative: March 02 to 8, 2024
As a form of integrity in supporting the initiative of the Steemit Team, I am again submitting an application as a Steem Representative in 2024 and #burnsteem25 for every post I publish.
This week I also want to convey the latest developments regarding the growth of my account, namely that it has 60,000 steem power.
Until I published this report, the problems faced on the Steemit platform had not been resolved so this was a serious concern for platform users, including the Community Curation Team.
Utilizing tools such as steemworld.org is an option that must be implemented so that curation can be carried out well. Recently I saw that the disturbances that occurred on the platform resulted in double upvotes by the Community Curation Team, through this initiative the problem could be minimized.
As a regular contest organizer, this week I am also actively releasing contests on various topics. Here's the list

The table above shows a list of contests that I have published, both active contests and contest announcements by allocating prizes in the form of Steem Power.
From the start, I gave prizes in the form of Steem Power so that I could increase the strength of the accounts of contest participants who were determined to be contest winners.
In the last few days, my activities in the real world have been so busy that I can't carry out the function of moderating a number of posts.
Furthermore, I also moderate the @worldsmile account for users who donate their posts to charity.
From Steemworld.org data showing account curation activity for the last 7 days, there is 21.8 ( 0.00 % self, 158 upvotes, 104 accounts, last 7d ) I use vote distribution on posts with different community backgrounds in various countries.
I also consider users with Burnsteem support to be curated using personal accounts with varying percentages of votes.
Post-moderation is the most important part of the growth and development of the community, through moderation, users can interact and learn from each other, as well as me.
There are many things that I have adopted as new knowledge through moderation and the curation team should pay attention to this aspect when providing support.
This needs to be avoided to maintain the Steem ecosystem and user independence in the future through increasing Steem power.
That is my brief report about the activities I have carried out over the last 7 days.
