Weekly Report As Steem Representative

Being a Steem Representative is an honor given by Steemitblog, for that I continue to improve my role as a Steem Representative compared to the previous period as Country Representative Indonesia. There are several positive activities that I do to encourage the realization of the expectations of the Steemit Team, these activities such as:

• Responsible as Community Curation Team
• Steem Growth
• World Smile Project

In my first week as a Steem Representative, I have carried out various positive activities, including active interaction with Steemians in various countries, with different community backgrounds. I actively provide input and suggestions for user growth and development.

So far I have seen many new users who are passive in interaction will find it difficult to develop, even though they have great potential to grow and develop together, I am present among them by providing input, providing direction on the types of posts that can be written so that they get positive support from the Community Curation Team and the Steemit Team.

The two diagrams above show the activities I did during the week, I encouraged them to be able to take advantage of the opportunities that exist by following the Trend disteemit, then for new users it is hoped that they can complete the achivement so that they qualify as verified users in the Newcomers Community. I also provide input in the form of using Markdowns to increase the attractiveness of posts.

To build the community, I do regular verification on a number of active community posts, verification not only checks their accounts but also provides feedback on the posts they publish.

Feedback in the form of input is done to provide input and correction, I see that some users need to be given an understanding of the use of markdown and need to be encouraged to increase club status as an effort to maintain the steem ecosystem.

They generally welcomed the input given and changed the pattern of posts, for example, the use of repetitive images in posts with game diary topics or adding descriptions to each uploaded image. Hopefully, this input can continue to be cultivated as an important part of every content they release, not only in the Steem For Betterlife Community but in all the communities they visit.

Chat GPT is a technology that is currently trending, in response to this I continue to communicate intensely with all parties in order to minimize this negative activity, detecting AI writing is very difficult, not only using tools that do not always provide accurate results, but it takes hard work to read every post carefully.

One of the factors of being detected as AI writing even though it is written manually by the author is the use of translation services and Grammarly, I urge steemians to be able to use the language of their respective countries without having to translate it. This idea is the result of discussions with one of the founders of witness, @pennsif.witness.

Since 2021 until now I have continued to publish contests with various topics and provide prizes in the form of Steem Power, then provide additional prizes in the form of boom support, I hope that this contest can be used as a means for Newcomers to increase their Steem Power.

I also don't forget to say Thank You by continuing to be given the trust of the Community Curation Team, after last month joining the Community Curation Team by curating the Steemcurator06 account, now I am transferred as one of the community curation teams with @ubongudofot and other colleagues.

I continue to work professionally by carrying out the best possible tasks that refer to the standards that have been set. So every content will be supported by paying attention to club status, plagiarism-free, steemexclusive and not using AI services.

Actually, the elements of steemgrowth have been outlined in several important points above, for example organizing contests, providing positive feedback to other users through interaction, both in the comments column and through external communication.

I continue to have direct discussions related to the platform, almost every day I together with the Community curation team such as @heriadi, @afrizalbinalka and the founder of the Steem Entrepreneurs community (@harferri) continue to have positive discussions on efforts to increase platform growth.

I also released an educational post on the topic Lesson 5 About Potential Theft: Avoid Clicking on Spam or Similar Links., This post was written in an effort to prevent account theft, which has been a common occurrence. Account thieves blindly insert spam links in the comment section.

As World Smile Project Manager, regularly update the activities of the World Smile Project Int and General Cash Book Update @worldsmile Charity Account, I need to inform you that World Smile Project is currently conducting an Organic Vegetable Farming Program.

Given that I am fasting during Ramadan for 1 full month, my mobility to make regular visits to the program location is not effective, but my team and I continue to coordinate regularly with beneficiaries through communication media.

This is my brief report on activities as a Steem Representative in the first week, I hope to continue to improve my contribution as best as possible by continuing to do my best in the following weeks. I will focus on newcomers to provide guidance and input so that they can develop well.
