Weekly Report as Indonesia Country Representative - November 08 to 15, 2022
Promotional activities are the foundation that must be continued as an effort to realize the vision and mission of Steem, so that it continues to grow with the orientation of increasing non-consumptive users, but rather as a long-term investment in steem. In the midst of my busy life as a medical worker, I continue to make efforts to do this through promotional designs that I publish on Instagram and Twitter pages.
Promotional publications cannot be achieved instantly, regular consistency is needed all the time so that by itself through interactive promotions potential new users will start looking at steem as a coin that should be invested in the long term.

I'm not a professional designer, but I keep learning to try to design and redesign regular steem promotions so that by continuing to learn every day using several graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva Pro Version), one day I will be at the forefront of promoting steem attractively according to market needs and technological developments.

Regarding the use of personal account curation, it is generally used to support posts with the #indonesia tag, then active users in Steem For BetterLife Community, Steem Indonesia Community and the rest is used to support Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 5 Week 5 participants.

I have continued to maintain club100 status since October 8, 2021 I have continued to show consistency in maintaining club100 stability, I have continued to encourage the growth of account strength by continuing to maintain power up statistics, maintaining club100 consistency and setting up 100% power up on posts that are not allocated payment arrangements for charity . In the last 7 days only 1 post didn't power up 100, while the rest I set 100% for Power Up.
Charity has become an integral part of my journey in steem, I continue to support charity programs both through allocating beneficiaries to smilenigeria and the world smile project South Africa and the World Smile Project Int. Share reward support is provided referring to the essential needs and high cost requirements of the project to be carried out.

World Smile Project Int & Community Activities |

As a form of transparency in the management of donations to the World Smile Project Int, I, as the World Smile Project Manager, continue to update cash flows through posts with topics "Update General Cash Book @worldsmile Charity Account for November 15, 2022", Project implementation plans in two countries at once on a large scale in Nigeria and South Africa will require a lot of budget, we must support both so that they are realized on time, a good framework and coordination is needed to realize the program.
To encourage an increase in cash for both accounts, country representatives should issue an appeal for support that has been published by the World Smile Project Team. We expect extra support for this.

I carry out my duties and functions in accordance with the provisions of the Millionaires Team professionally, because professionalism at work is my reason for continuing to try to be part of the team as long as I am trusted by the Steemit Team.
By targeting the #contes tag, contest organizers and contest winners, curation activities are more challenging, I see many contests are well publicized, continue to grow with increasing participants from time to time.
I see the millionaire team is a program that continues to be preserved in the community curation program because it has a positive impact on the plurality of posts within the scope of contests published by the community or individuals.
This is a short report about my activities as Indonesia's Country Representative and other responsibilities to encourage the publication of the platform widely and increase the electability of the community.
