The Diary Game: Tuesday, November 07, 2023 : Realizing Improved Health Services through Re-Accreditation

Today I continue to carry out activities as before with a focus on improving the quality and service of health facilities to customers. As the person responsible for the Community Health Center Information System, I am responsible for the failure of each activity at the peak of the event on December 4, 5 and 6 this year.

Starting Tuesday morning, I started evaluating the performance of the new Kreasi Dance Team to welcome the community health center's accredited surveyor, I happened to be the person responsible through coordination with the leadership in choosing an independent survey institution (LASKESPRI) as the surveyor.

I am grateful that the dance team has practiced optimally and is ready to perform at the top event, they have practiced regularly every day and I hope they continue to practice and practice so that the new dance movements created as a welcome can be performed perfectly.

After monitoring the Dance Team, I, who happened to be in charge of the Curation Team at the Burn Team, today started carrying out my duties professionally even though I had a lot of other work in the office that I had to prepare. I also took advantage of a shady place next to the two-wheeled vehicle parking lot.

There I started to open the laptop and curate the SC03 account without a table, I placed my MacBook on my thighs. And I can finalize some content to curate.

Next, I went to a simple laboratory room at the community health center to evaluate the documents that had been prepared by the officers there. I wanted to ascertain the obstacles faced so that a solution could be obtained as soon as possible. Even though this task is the responsibility of the Quality Team, to make accreditation a success, I am also responsible for ensuring everything.

In the afternoon I unwind by tasting a cup of typical Acehnese coffee at Hybrid Coffee, here I also open my Macbook and complete the pending documents, then start curating again so that my duties and responsibilities are completed.

I was here until 6 pm and had finished two important tasks, then went home to rest for a while while waiting for the evening call to prayer to arrive.

In the evening I started checking the best post nominations submitted by the teams. I prepared a weekly report for this week, but because several teams had not filled out and submitted their nominations, I postponed the publication.
