Lesson 5 (About Food): Recipe for Making Traditional Rojak

On November 11, 2022, I have released Lesson 4 : Activating Steem Keychain in Google Chrome, today I raise a different topic, namely about traditional food recipes which have a fairly high nutritional content, the processing is quite unique and the most important thing is the appetizing taste, in Indonesia this food is one of the most popular types of traditional food.

What is Rojak?

Rujak is a traditional Indonesian food that is very popular with the majority of the population in 38 provinces, with the basic ingredients being chopped fruits, then mixed with candy (sweatening) which is prepared from cooked palm juice.

Ingredients

Basically, rujak can be prepared with various types of fresh fruits available, but it all depends on taste. At this time I will share the composition of the fruit needed to make rujak.

1. Rumbia	2. Papaya	3. Sweetening (Candy)	4. Peanut
5. Manggo	6. Pineaple	7. cucumber	8. Jicama Fruit

^{Rujak Seasoning Processing}

Sweetening (Candy) and Peanut are the basic ingredients for making rujak seasoning. The peanuts are fried beforehand, then pounded until smooth using a stone pestle or a wooden pestle, add cayenne pepper and salt as flavoring.

After the nuts are pounded evenly, then pour Sweetening (Candy) and stir until evenly distributed.
