A schoolboy has died due to head-on in the moving bus window. Schoolgirl Shakil Ahmed (17) died after being hit with a tree in his head. The accident happened on Wednesday in Dhamrai upazila of Dhaka district.
Shakil was a tenth grade student of Dharmarai's slum Surma High School. He is the son of farmer Mofizul Islam of Amtoli village of Dapshai of Sombari Union of Dhamrai.
The relatives of the killed student, classmates and hospital sources said that Shakil was going to attend the rally on March 7 at the Suhrawardy Udyan in capital Dhaka, organized by Awami League. Today, at 10 o'clock in the morning, the Awami League's local leaders and workers and classmates left the bus from Dipasha. When others take the head out of the bus with others, they hit the head with the tree. When he was unconscious, he was declared dead by doctors when he was taken to Dhamrai Police Station.
Doctor Asha Akhter said, Shakil had a hit on his head. Nose bleeding with the nose. He died of excess bleeding due to head injury.
