Some projects do not have the maximum support. Why?

Many have very good ideas and bold projects but do not have the maximum support and I suppose they wonder why.

Well, you have to remember that a strong project needs sustained support, but for this support, the one who invests time, money, involvement must, in turn, win something. Here is a lot lost because 80% of those involved benefit nothing in return and that's why they will retire, and sooner or later the project will crumble as it happened with many projects on Steemit.

So if you want to build a great project, the first thing is to attract in this project both the users small, the users medium, and the big ones who will certainly not enter a project without major gain.

There are very few who get involved in a voluntary project. But to be attracted to your project, the first thing is: the project have visibility, but at the same time gives a small gain depending on the involvement, but 100% to all those involved in the project not only to 20-30%.If I were to initiate a project, I give to all those involved<100%>something in exchange for involvement, even those with 15 sp a weekly income of 0.05 steem, sure they stay in the project and will try to get involved more, with delegation steempower, they may invest to support their project or maybe try to write complex articles to be voted by the sustained project.
Conclusion and milestones:
1.Detailed project:
2.Publicity for visibility.
3.Offers of absolute return to all off involved from content creators for the project, from small to large investors, but also to those behind the project.
4. From this stage, we are talking about supporting several online and offline projects, of course with the return of an x% of profits back to Steemit and the members who support the project.
If you have something to add, I'm waiting for you in the comments below. Love Ionut Ciobanu

Superb ideas, I follow you in the trail and I am very pleased with the results. I would like to start a project, I would be the first one to enter. Anyway, I currently support you and with everything I earn from curation rewards as donations.

Now, I like this article. But how are you sure that you can give 100% gain back. As you already know, there are lots of factors that can't be controlled. And usually, people are the most problematic variable 😁. The core team of a project can break at any moment upon egos or other reasons. Statements are easy to make, hard to get the results expected. That's why 90% of business fail 😉.

I wanted to say that absolutely everyone involved in the project <100%>will get something in return.Even if he invests in the project, 10 sp will receive something weekly as a vote, or money in exchange, to feel that he is part of that project and to be more attracted to get involved more.

And I am very pleased with the results with you.
Good luck, brother-in-law.
