Crypto (Do No Harm) CFTC Approach
The CFTC Chairman has advised a "do no harm" approach similar to the internet in the 90s. We have made a bullish inverse head and shoulders pattern that seems to be a reversal of sentiment thus far. Could we see a further rally?

when i saw that proceeding they were more cautious about the ico that various people are coming with just to scam people i think they are very right there they don't wanna harm bitcoin but to save people from these new ico scams
