Sneak Peak of a 70,000 Square Foot Commercial Property I am Buying
I have had a goal to buy a 50,000 square foot or larger building for over a year now. I had a 250,000 square foot building under contract last year that fell apart. I have another deal that is getting closer! 70,000 square feet, almost 5 acres, and great numbers (which I can't share yet). You can see two of the vacant units in the video below:
I am also thinking of started a real estate office in one of the vacant units.

I also have had a dream of being able to park my cars at my office (inside), but I don't think this building will work for that.
This will help me move towards my goal to create $6,000 more in passive income each month this year.
Are you planning to remodel the interior?
We will do some work on it for sure. It is no surprise it has not rented the way it is now.
