One of my Agents Sold Her First House on Friday!

Carrie is one of my agents and started out as just an assistant. She started with me right before I started my new office. She had been an agent before I hired her but said she was not sure she wanted to be one again. She has been great working for me and a few months ago decided to get her license active again. I was not expecting too much from her, but she has been great. On Friday she closed not just her first house, but her second as well!

She had the buyers, who also happened to buy one of my flips! So talk about a super bonus for me. This was also a flip that we had a terrible time selling. It was fantastic to see everything close and well. She actually had a lot of hiccups along the way with the inspection but still did an awesome job.

She had a listing that she thought she might lose as well, but just got it under contract tonight!
