My New Real Estate Office Update: Slow Progress

I have been working on my new office for a couple of months now. Things are moving along but not as fast as I would like. I am using a space in a building I bought a few months ago. You can see the 68,000 square foot building in the video below.

So far we have removed the old floors, painted most of the space, built a few walls, painted the doors, painted the ceiling tiles, done heating, and electrical work. We also have started the kitchen, and the baths.

I am pretty disappointed in my contractor who has been mostly MIA on this project, letting his crew work alone. He is pretty much relying on me to manage his crew. They are going slow!! I am to the point where I might fire him and get someone else in there.
