Happy Hump-Day @DLive & Steemit!

I have been planning to do a little stream of my Novation Push 2 and finally got myself around to it.

What a crazy time it has been...it's been overwhelming in many ways, so I rely heavily upon self-care.

I have found that electronic music therapy (as my buddy @rebele93 calls it) helps me more than I can say, much to the point.

Hope you're all taking time with these turbulent energies today (Mercury square Saturn) and tomorrow (Mars conjunct Pluto) to put your focus into the things that heal.
