My first time doing a "Food Post". [I made BBQ Chicken thighs.]
I made BBQ chicken thighs with some pasta and pan fried green beens.
I washed and dried the chicken, seasoned it with some salt and pepper, then coated it with Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce a few times during cooking.
I baked it in a glass dish at 375° for around one and a half hours.
Simple but delisious.
This stuff was the s**t!
Plate = Cleared
