I think this person is completely unable to drive a worldwide crypto currency company, what do you think?
In the same time we can see Waves, which is coin related with our coins, is now in the top 20 coins in market cap, what about and Steem?
Still over 50!!!
I am not polemic, i am just real and worry person, is it my fault to be in such situation?

This year has been hard for the world of cryptocurrencies.
So far I have no certainty that it will happen with steemit, with steem, there are many inactivity of some lately, and no clear plans are seen by the team led by Ned.
It must be complex, of course, to manage a company like this one and more under adverse circumstances like the current ones.
But the fact that not much is known about "where this ship called steemit is headed" creates many doubts, and more if the crypto steem does not occupy a better place in the market capitalization, I understand your concern, I also share it.
Dear my friend @josevas217, the most sad thing is that our boss @ned is a child and when car was driving itself with bull market, Steemit was a earning point, now that should be taken an action because market is very low, we can see what he is doing, one child!!
Look at Waves, they went in the same low market value as Steem, but they react thanks to their management and now they are nearly top 20 coins and Steem is getting trouble due to his management that is only able to fire 70% of workers and not even be able to fix a livestream, do you know whats happens to him almost 20 days ago?
Unfortunately, we don't know the inner works of steemit inc. They are a private company and handle it as such, with very little transparency. While they are the keepers of the blockchain for now, if it is to become a success it needs to continue to have steemit inc step back and the community take over the project in various aspects.
Thats how Dapp blockchains are meant to work! I still think they have the ablity to drive a blockchain that is practical and has bigger adoption prospects than many of the coins currently above it.
I predict that there will eventually be a large consolidation in crypto eventually and only the most practical and well adopted projects will survive.
Im still pretty bullish on STEEM and think it has what it needs to suceed

Yes that’s correct they should however we are not stake holders in steemit inc we own their a part of the product the company has created

I don't feel @ned is incapable of driving a worldwide cryptocurrency company but it is due to some other problems. @ned might just be cooking up something really good to boost steemit. Something like external advertising, advertising within community or something maybe!!!!
I hope your feelings are right, but right now i do not see serious management of this company...:((

Dear intellihandling, I think that @ned must be cooking up something right now and, he prefers to keep a low profile until its done. Well, he has a lot or reasons to do so especially after his announcement that he is laying off people earlier........

Regarding vote club,may be your vote power is below the limit you set, you should choose around 50% as i did it to see some activity....:))
I foolishly chose 95% but, nothing really, I just want to participate in any way. I was not aware that he fired 70% of his workers. I thought it was only 20%.
It's just better to think of @ned and @steemit as just another stakeholder like @blocktrades which offer some infrastructure to the STEEM blockchain. Only thing I really want @ned to do is deliver SMTs. I'd just treat them as some contractor who has promised a product. I mean we are a Decentralized Autonomous Company. @ned doesn't run things.; stakeholders do. @ned is just one guy.
I just want to put the pressure on make them deliver SMTs on time. That should put us in the Top 20 back again.

Waves is a relatively stable currency! I think Waves seems to have some people in the market, controlling him to a price.
