Dear steem-bountiers
what we are facing nowdays is the multiply of dapps connected to Steem blockchain.
The most popular right now are @magicdice and @drugwars.
But what is going on?
The owner of dapps are the owner of the decision to be taken about regulations about their apps.
No democracy, no rules, what they decide is law and you should accept it without any discussion.
I would like to take as example the hystory of my friend referral which find a trouble on the change Drugwars made few days ago:

In the same time, we are looking again Steem value going back, it rise till 0,5 USD and now is again going down even the coinmarket cap is in a good moment.

The change only added a step to the process of attacking. It's not that you have to attack blind, but rather send off 1 troop to spy and likely die. It's forcing some resources to be used up in the game which isn't the worst thing.
In general it was supposed to help fight the use of bots. But I'm not sure it worked and can't see any reason it would have any effect on the use of bots for attacking. If people would stop trying to cheat they wouldn't have to try and find ways to fight the cheaters.
Everyone needs to remember that if you are playing in someone's sandbox you have to play by their rules. DW will do as they want with their game and you need to be ready for these changes. The game is in Alpha and more changes will happen.
Dear @pifc your comments are always welcome and you always say right things.
I agree with you that now is much more easy to develop and when you see somebody send a Rowdy, you should be ready for future attack, but this is unfair to who are now coming and see that change suddenly like our friend @alberimsi.
He is needed some help with RC, do you know how i can delegate him some of my SP?
The change is sudden for everyone and not unfair to any single person IMO. The ones that supposedly have been hurt are the bot owners who had figured out how to automate the scanning of accounts and then autoattack every X hours right as the shield expired. This meant new people would never have a chance to attack targets as the bots kept finding more and more targets to add to their automated attack bots.
RC's isn't a DW issue, it's a Steem issue and until there is a good way to delegate RC's or RC pools it will continue to be an issue. I personally think that people should invest in Steem and not drop every penny into the games, but if you want to help this person out you can delegate even 10sp to make a pretty big difference as they aren't doing anything other then games on the blockchain.
This is the tool to use. Put in your account name and it will show any delegations you have currently out there, then under that list you will see where you can add a delegation to another person.

I do not think it has anything to do with dapps if it was the prices should be going up and up to the moon 😂 but who knows what it is all about at this point

Yes! Kind of agree with you. Most of these dApps are operating in a monarchy system where they simply implement new changes without the consent of their users.
With Drugwars implementing Future tokens, we equally have Steembet that changed the supply of their worthless tokens to about 4 times higher.
I think so far Steemmonsters seem to be the best game on the chain as there has been no complaints about it.
Also, most of these dApps do not always point out the owner or founder but everyone knows the two reputable Steem witnesses yabapmatt and aggroed, behind Steemmonsters.
I am not playing any of these games yet though, just giving out some points to think about.

In this conditions you should make the possibility to make multiple attack if i have to send Rowdys to check it!
And this is not at all a solution, because if i send a Rowdy the target can have the time to increase the units and who will be having profit are just you with your change with no sense!!

I agree this is unfair and @drugwars are making a lot of shit, i lost 2 weeks to build up my troop and now i discover it and make me angry too!!

As for the rise in Steem prices,
I think their role is only a little bit.
@intellihandling, Yes, in my opinion no matter how much we talk about the Decentralisation at the end of the day in one or other way we see Centralisation. Have a joyful time ahead.
When the price increase a lot of people take this opportunity to sell their liquid Steem or power down. More steem on exchange make pressure on the price!
