Truffles -plantbased recipe
Hello chocolate lovers🙋🐭If you are fancy some healthy sweets you can try to remake these delicious truffles. They are gluten- and dairy free with no add of refined sugar. Easy to do and taste really fantastic. You can have them with coffee or just like a snack in-between. Who would like to try some?
RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds (I use rosted ones)
Blend these together in a food processor first until finely chopped/almost ground. Then, continue to add the rest of the ingredients one at a time to the blender. - 1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in hot water for 5 mins. Drain the water out before adding the dates to the blender.
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 3/4 cup mix oats and quinoa flakes
- 1 tbsp water or more if the texture is too dry.
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g vegan protein
Roll the mixture into small balls.
Melt 100g dark chocolate in a pan of boiling water. Once the chocolate has cooled slightly, dip and roll the balls in it to coat them.
Once all of the balls are coated, top them with whatever you like before the chocolate solidifies!
Store in the fridge for max one week.💚💚💚
