Ticking my bucket list 💕

My personality is if I really want something, I want it and it’s simple as that. Year is almost coming to an end, and I was impatient to complete my bucket list before to the year end. I have been growing impatient since there were two unfulfilled tasks for this year. One out of two seemed better to be done in the next year because it might affect my internship, but I was dying to tick my next task which is to pierce my ear.

I have been wanting to pierce my ear for so long, but I didn’t want to do it randomly since it’s my ear after all and one wrong move can affect my health. So I was doing my own research about it. I thought of starting with the upper ear lobe even though my fav one is closer helix but it needs a cartilage piercing. Cartilage piercing is a bit painful, so I wanted to start with something okayish. I had accompanied my friends to couple of saloons to get their piercing done but I was not happy about the hygiene and knowledge on ear piercing. My friends who got their piercing done in Mr. Pierce was well satisfied with the place and I had also been keeping my eyes there.

I went xmas shopping recently with my sis, and I thought “may be it’s the ideal time to get my piercing done” after passing Mr. Pierce. I convinced my sis and we decided to get our upper ear lobs done. We went in quickly before my sis changed her mind since she is scared of pain. They use their own earring only to do the piercing which is a good sign for reassuring safety. We can select the pair we want. Initially, we wanted to get earrings that are named with our birth months, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. So both of us selected the one named as crystal.

I went first to set an example to my big sis, and I asked her to do a video to document the moment. She was so nervous that she had taken a picture thinking it was a video and never realized it until I pointed it out. It was her turn after mine. Since they used a gun, it was not really painful, but the pain started to hit only after some time. Yet, it was manageable. He gave us instructions to be followed after the piercing.

We were both happy kids after ticking our bucket list, and me especially, bcz that was the only remaining unfulfilled one for this year.
