Decoration Time

As I told you all in my last post, our least expected got married first. He is a very calm fellow who likes simplicity. They didn't want to hold a homecoming function since they only wanted a nice and classy wedding. But our aunt still wanted to give lunch for sister's family on the day the bride comes to their home to reassure that they are gonna look after the sister well. It was a very small gathering only with the closest family members.

Even though our cousin likes simplicity, the rest of us are the quite opposites. My sis and I were staying at his place since the wedding and we wanted to decorate it before the couple arrives. We didn't like the fact that they hadn't planned any decorations at all. We were at a dilemma first thinking whether our cousin like it or not, but we gave it a shot thinking he won't hate it.

First we planned how our decorations are and second, we made uncle do necessary purchases for that. Third part is a long process where we made our decorations. Fourth is the excited part when we decorated the house. Everyone was happy with how it turned up considering how a last min preparation it was and we were not professionals at all in this case...

I know they two like flowers. So we used lots of flowers and filled some balls with water to put flowers.

We made a lil settyback and decorated the verandah with balloons.

I thought they turned out to be okay and cute and waited yo get the reaction of the couple. When all the visitors left and things got lil hectic, my cousins came to me and thank for the decorations telling they liked it. That was the best affirmation we wanted to get that they liked it.
