Baddegana Wetland Park 💚

Have you ever pondered on the term “social media users”? Usually we buy a product and use thee. But we become the products when using social media by falling into social media algorithm. We let them manipulate us whether it been consciously or unconsciously. This is such an instance where I gave into social media algorithms willingly.

I have been seen many pictures of Beddegana Wetland Park in instagram for quite some time and that view instantly caught my attraction. I have been wanting to be there for quite some time, but the tight schedule of my friends didn’t permit it. But finally, I could make it there.

If you are someone who is interested in spending some time with nature and to click posting worth pictures or just to collect pictures that could be one of an easy destination for you to try. I became proud of myself as I could go to the place all by myself by buses (even thought I had to take three buses) without ask someone to accompany me to the planned place or hailing a tuk.

But I would rather say it’s may not be the best place for a solo venture because it can be quite awkward since the almost all the other visitors are lovers. And guys, you need someone to take pictures right??? There is no way that yot wanting to take a single picture with such an aesthetic background behind?

I like the “raw nature” vibe that it tried to give. But still, I couldn’t see bird varieties and otters as they claimed it to have. It may be due to time of the year which I don’t have much insight about. Yet again, it will give you a satisfactory of your own kind. If you are nature freak, it can be a mediation for you. If you a crazy about photography, it can give you that satisfactory click you wear yearning for. If you are lovers, you can have nice conversations while looking at the breathtaking scenery. If you are a gang of friends, you can make memories that would last for years. In that sense, I see no reason for not trying this place out. So guys, try this place out!
