Content making you content

Lately I've been thinking about content more than ever. Content in everything. The content that Steemit has to offer, the level of education, what is my food or clothes made of, the air that I breath inside my house and out there in the streets, garbage in the world and what are people made of.

Quality And Entertainment

Steemit quality content or not so quality is always a current topic here. In social media people post what they think to be relevant, what they want to share and of course here in Steemit, anything to get an upvote. To get a reward. That's what Steemit code lets you do, encourages you to do. To promote anything you want. Trending isn't always the best one can get or even that original content. And no upvotes doesn't mean the content is bad or plagiarized. In your opinion, what is quality content? Should you raise your quality level or lower your expectations for the common good?

Knowledge And Diploma

The quality of education. Through primary school to higher levels. All kind of courses and the piece of paper you get from those. A proof or the education level you have doesn't necessarily mean that you are educated. In some cases it may mean that you are good at repeating things you've heard. In some cases it may mean that you had money. In some cases it may mean that you merely took part. Hopefully in most cases it means that you have had good teachers, participated in tough tests to determine how well you can use the knowledge given to you and that you are a well educated person and willing to learn more. So next time you look at someone elses papers. Proof of education. Proof of knowledge. Think.

Cake Or Bread

The content of the food you eat. Does it have ingredients that you can easily understand? Is the product exactly what it is promoted to be or does it have a trendy name that only suggests good things and the reality is something else. Where was your food grown, what kind of pesticides and preservatives were used? Is cheese real cheese or cheeselike substance? How is your body reacting to added sugar in your bread, artificial substances in your cereals and to the toxins in the fish you eat?

Fashion For Everyone

What about your clothes? Where and who made it, how much were they paid for it, who is the distributor, marketer and who sells it? Where does the profit go? Were toxins used to color the fabric? So who made your clothes?

Particles in the air, ground and water

Is the air you breathe clean? Or even relatively clean? What kind of methods are used to purify the air in your home or at the place you work? What is done in your city or in your country to prevent smog? How much are there parks with trees in your city? How far is the nearest forest from you home? Is the water you drink full of micro plastic? Is the ground someone grows food for you polluted? Where does your garbage go? Do you recycle? Are you concerned at all?

Human Nature

What is important to you? Do you crave more of everything as fast as possible? Are your friends your friends because of what you are or because of what you have? What do you value in life? What do you want to leave behind you?
