At what altitude was the pic taken ? Seems pretty high
I think only a couple hundred feet compared to the immediate surroundings. Wiki says Jerusalem is 787 meters above sea level though.

That's right. The whole city is built across 7 mountains and valleys iirc. This is from one to the other kinda thing.

I'm not there now, but I still feel it. It's like I have muscle memory, but at a much deeper level. What time it is there vs. here occurs to me regularly for example. "Shabbat is starting there now." "I'd be at the wall now." I get hot here, I think of a cool drink there, etc...
