Hello Steemians, I want to share with all of you this video about a talk that I gave on thursday about Trophology (the science of nutrition) and Veganism, to a group of people of the third age, to help them improove their eaitng habbits. I will write down in English what I said in Spanish, for those who don´t speak or write Spanish.

I took my 78 year old vegetarian neighbor Eloisa there so that she can meet new people of her age and enjoy a good time with them, since she is most of the time by herself with her cats.

The administrator of the place let me give a free talk about how to change your eating habbits with the gifts that nature gives us. I explained the importance of eating raw fruit in the morning, juice of raw fruits, so that our bodies get all the nutrients and we cane feel with a lot of energy. I also explained that it is important to have an order in how we eat our meals, because if we mix some food wrong then the body doesn´t get the nutrients and you get get a bad digestion.

One important rule of Trophology is that when we eat something with salt we shouldnt eat at the same time something with sugar in it, because then our stomach swallows and you get the bad digestion. So its better to drink a carrot juice or a lemonade with out sugar. This is why it is important to have for breakfast fruits and other sweet food that we like, like pancakes, oatmeal, tea, etc.

In the afternoon it is time for our vegetables, seeds, nuts, legumes, plants and mushrooms.

I told everybody that we need to eat variety of nutritious food to be healthy. If we are trying to feel better I recommend to eat half of the meat you are eating, If you can delete it for a week so you can feel the results it will be perfect and you can even take a blood test before you change the eating habbits and another one after you changed, so that you can see that it really helps to eat nutritious food from nature.

You can also find a meat substitute and increase the amount of fruits , vegetables and legumes in your daily diet.

I like to help people with their eating habbits, this is why I will be going there one day a week to give free talks of how they can change their eating habbits in a natural way to heal their diseases. Like Hipocrates the phiolospher said, let your medicine be your food and your food be your medicine.

Next Thursday I will be going to show them a nutritious recipe so that they can prepare their own avocado salsa at home and I will be filming a new video of that day and how I will be teaching them to eat healthier. I will bring lentils and corn tortillas so that they can eat a nutritious and healthy meal.

I feel very happy because since I am working on steemit and d.tube I feel like I can do more things, and I told all the people they could follow me at my dtube channel since I am a vlogger and I like to share recipes, and videos about my city and my life.

Remember that in nature we find what we need to be healthy and strong! :3
