Today I will tell you about my coconut experience) The very first time I didn’t know how to open a coconut and I just beat it with a hammer until it broke and water flowed from it (I didn’t know about that either). The second time I turned to Google for help and with a screwdriver I made a hole to pour out the coconut water, then with a hammer I beat chaotically and the coconut cracked unevenly and the pulp withdrew with great difficulty + I also cut my finger with a coconut shell (

Now I have taken the whole experience into account and invented my best way) But from the beginning I will tell you exactly how I choose coconuts. In supermarkets in Ukraine, coconut is sold by the price of $ 1-1.5.

My best way to choose a coconut

1. The first thing I pay attention to is the size of a coconut and I choose a couple of the biggest ones, because I want to take the most from them)

2. Then I sniff coconuts so that there is no unpleasant smell, like mold

3. Then I shake coconuts and listen - if the sound of water moving inside is heard, if there is one, then my ideal coconuts go to my basket and go home with me) The weight of my coconuts is 490 g and 395 g

😊 My best way to chop and get coconut pulp

1. There are 3 eyes in the coconut that look like a monkey's face) I groped the 1 softest of them and made a hole with a corkscrew

2. Poured coconut water into a glass shaking a coconut, from two coconuts of juice about 150 ml turned out, it was sweet and tasty with the scent of coconut and I immediately drank it)

1. I not much to hit with the sharp part of the hammer around the entire equator of the coconut, gradually turning it until the coconut shell cracks

1. To get a coconut pulp easier to move away from the shell, I beat the blunt part of the hammer all over the half of the coconut

2. If the coconut pulp is still not moving well, I use a knife to make two cuts from the center so that the incision narrows towards the bottom (triangle). I helped him from the bottom with a knife and took out the pulp and continued to cut and remove the triangles. Of two coconuts, I extracted 400 g of pulp :)

Сегодня я расскажу вам о своём кокосовом опыте) Самый первый раз я не знала как правильно открыть кокос и я просто била по нему молотком пока он не раскололся и из него потекла вода (об этом я тоже тогда не знала). Второй раз я уже обратилась к Google за помощью и отвёрткой сделала отверстие чтобы вылить кокосовую воду, потом молотком била хаотично и кокос раскололся неравномерно и мякоть отходила с большим трудом + я ещё и порезала палец скорлупой кокоса(

Сейчас я приняла весь опыт во внимание и изобрела свой лучший способ) Но с начала я расскажу как именно я выбираю кокосы. В супермаркетах в Украине кокос продаётся поштучно цена 1-1,5$.

😊 Мой лучший способ выбрать кокос

1 . Первое на что я обращаю внимание - это размер кокоса и выбираю парочку самых больших, ведь мне хочется взять от них максимум)

2 . Потом я нюхаю кокосы чтобы не было неприятного запаха, обычно это плесень.

3 . Потом я трясу кокосы и прислушиваюсь - слышен ли звук движущейся внутри воды, если он есть, то мои идеальные кокосы идут ко мне в корзинку и домой) Вес моих кокосов 490 г и 395 г.

😊 Мой лучший способ расколоть и достать мякоть из кокоса

1 . В кокосе есть 3 глазка которые похожи на мордочку обезьяны) я нащупала самый мягкий из них и штопором проделала отверстие

2 . Вылила кокосовую воду в стакан тряся кокос, из двух кокосов сока получилось около 150 мл, он был сладкий и вкусный с ароматом кокоса и я сразу же его выпила)

3 . Я по чуть чуть стучала молотком с острой часть молотка по всему экватору кокоса, постепенно проворачивая его до тех пор, когда кокосовая скорлупа треснет

4 . Чтобы мякоть кокоса легче отходила от скорлупы, я била тупой частью молотка по всей половинке кокоса

5 . Если мякоть кокоса всё ещё плохо отходит, я ножом делаю два надреза от центра, чтобы надрез сужался к низу (треугольником). Ножом я поддела и достала мякоть и продолжила нарезать и вынимать дольки треугольники. Всего из двух кокосов я добыла 400 г мякоти :)
