Great motivational and true information. Our bodies were not built for laying around like a lot of people do these days. Hundreds of years ago everyone had to move all day to gather food or improve their current shelter situation, but these days everything is a few car ride minutes away. Stay active and push yourself hard a few days a week. You will feel better in all aspects of life!!!
