Video had some problems in yesterday's post, but wanted to post it again because I think a lot of people don't understand the fact that our bodies and minds operate better if they go through a little physical struggle everyday. You don't need to go spend $100 bucks a month for a gym membership. Walk, jog, or run a few miles and do a few push ups everyday.
