Sehr cool, bin mal gespannt wie das dann in ein paar Wochen aussieht mit dem Fortschritt :) Ich mache im moment Tabata, was auch sehr cool ist und nicht sehr lange dauert :P
Glaub mir das bin ich auch!
Richtig starten kann ich leider erst im Februar.
Aber will das ja auch über eine längere Zeit machen!
Hört sich cool an, was ist Tabata?
Tabata ist Intervalltraining das in sehr kurzer Zeit sehr gute Resultate erbringt, wenn mans richtig macht :P
