Sony and Santa Monica Studio are currently busy working on their newest game, God of War: Ragnarok, which will be coming to PS4 and PS5.

Although it was previously announced to launch in 2022, the lack of updates about this game makes many gamers quite worried if later this game will experience delays.

The reason is that lately a lot of game developers have postponed their games for various reasons.

Plus, last Wednesday Cory Barlog as one of the creators of the God of War game asked fans to remain patient regarding the sequel to the game.

However, recently the Animation Director of Santa Monica Studio, Bruno Velazquez, wrote a tweet on Twitter where he said that God of War: Ragnarok will still be launching this year.

"Ragnarok is coming this year," wrote Bruno curtly.

Of course, with a confirmation from one of the developers at Santa Monica Studio, fans can rest easy because the game they have been waiting for will still be launching this year.
