Peas, Cottage cheese Recipe
Today the recipe I myself is sharing peas and cottage cheese (paneer) Sunday special,recipe.
Ingredients:
Peas -1 cup
Cottage cheese(paneer) - 100gm
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 4 to 5
Ginger - 1 inch
Cumine seeds -1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Clove - 2
Red chilli -1
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Asfotida - 2 to 3 pinch
Home made Spice powder - 1 tsp
Oil -2 tbsp
Water - 2 cup
Salt as per taste
(Here as per more taste can be add onion & tomato 1 to 2, or add peas 1cup extra)
Preparation:
Turn on the flame, heat the pan, add 1tsp oil heat it add chopped onion stir it well for 5 minutes, now add garlic, ginger,clove, tomato, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt mix it properly, turn off the flame, into grinder grind the made preparation into fine paste. Keep aside.
Method:
Turn on the flame, heat the pan add oil heat, make an flame medium, add cumine seeds, asfotida, red chilli, stir it for 1min, add the grinded paste mix all for 5 to 8 minutes, now add peas mix it all together properly, add water and cover the lid, cook for 10 to 15 minutes, add cottage cheese and let be cooked for more 8 minutes, Garnish with coriander leaves, ready to serve.
