You are 23 years old, correct?
Your refraction is showing a refractive problem as a result of myopia magna.
But I am irritated:
Your fundus image of the central retina shows no signs of myopic alterations as we normally expect in such cases of high myopia.
How about peripher retina of your eyes? Any degeneration which should be observed or treated - for example aequatorial degenerations?
I wouldn´t implant at 23 year old female at present a intracameral contect lens, because we know that the eyes of high myopia patients are able to grow further until age of 30. This means that the ICL will not help to correct your refration in perfect manner. In the worst case it needs a ICL exchange several years later.
Did you try soft or better hard contact lens in combination with a more reduced power of your glasses?
For example contactlend -12 dpt on both eyes and glasses of around -11 dpt?
You should ask an optometrist in order to combine this refraction solution, of you have no Keratokonus or any other problem of the cornea.
When refraction remains stable in future you can think about an ICL - not earlier.
First you need a stable refraction, otherwise you need after ICL new glasses again.
Non regarding this, you should examine the complete retina every year in order to find early stages of myopic degenerations as lattic degeneration or aequatorial degeneration which can lead to amotiones of the retina when they develop a hole.
Such an examination of the back of the eye is neccessary in front of any kind of lens surgery.
Best wishes.

Has a Keratoconus been excluded?
