Today my day started pretty strange - with testing blood sugar in the lab:) Since I decided to take better care of myself I decided to check out all processes in my body, starting with general meanings and then going to special ones. At the moment I'm already on "special level", plus I persuaded my hubby to do the same, so today in the morning we did our blood tests together. I was super surprised when the nurse asked if I'm OK with seeing blood or not. ll the time I forget that there are people who are not lol:)
I also decided to make this week a week of healthy diet, and a bit more of that - only dietary products with low energy value. I'm super affected with chocolate, but no chocolate this week for me, I hope I will survive.
Also I found out one interesting thing on the last visit to my doctor. I hope I will be able to explain it in English, cause it's really interesting and important, but also consider that English in not my native. So, she told me that the last research says that vitamin D acts not only like a vitamin, but as a hormone as well (if someone is a doctor here and I formulated it wrong - sorry, I just want to make the main point). So, earlier it was considered that it takes part only in calcium phosphorus exchange, but now scientists found out that it makes so much more in our body. As I understood it's also connected with dopamine, and with no dopamine you can't be happy. I also found out that you can test you D level in the lab, and today I did it as well, and now I'm waiting for the results. My doc said that here I have two possible scenarios: either my D amount is bad, or it's super bad. Well, yes, it's not California here, so... But we'll see:)
Also since the day before yesterday I'm stuck in the second Witcher, and I doubt that I will draw something new before I finish it, So see you there, in the end of story:)

Is Witcher an online game you play with others? And does it have magic (since it's called witcher)? I'm not very into video games but I was thinking how much fun it'd be to connect with steemians this way, only I'm not really into a shooting and killing sort of game :/ which kind of leaves everyone out. I need a steemit online minecraft world to meet .

P.S. No, it's not on-line, it's single player with a fantastic plot. And well, yes, it has magic:)
