Bipolar disorder stories - summer exacerbation

Hi, guys!

Quite a long time it has been since I posted something about mental health for the last time. Today I decided to do it again cause after all I continue working and living with it every day, and may be I gained some new results.

In summer I always feel down. Some people have autumn-spring exacerbations, but I have spring-summer. Heat kills me, kills my creativity and my will to live. I grew up in a really cold region, and may be my body still perceives heat as something abnormal.

At the moment I had to enlarge my antidepressants dose twice, cause without this I just feel like a dusty pillow - I can only lie and do nothing. They still don't cover all my troubles, so I still don't feel like a normal person, but at least t gives me an opportunity to move and work.

I started a new practice - now instead of walking 10.000 steps a day in general I only walk with Astro for 10.000 steps. Add here regular movement and gym - and I get a super active lifestyle. Despite the fact that at the moment it doesn't spark me any joy at least I know that I do something good for my body, for my health.

I hope that autumn will come soon, bring rainy days and my mental stability and inspiration. It's not much fun to live like a robot, but at the moment I live exactly like this, just doing what I have to do not receiving any positive emotions from it.
