How to reset user password for windows 7

Reset computer from sign in screen, Once windows starting screen press power, once is turning off, press power to turn it on, (by doing this u force computer to go start Repair)

Once computer start you should see screen with 2 options select (Lunch Startup repair) it will ask to restore computer U select (CANCEL) now it will take up to 15 minutes and after that U will see (Computer cannot repair automatically) Click on (View problem detail) & go to bottom where u will see a link X:\windows\system32\en-us\erofflps.text

It will open Notepad go to File -> Open -> computer -> local disk -> windows -> (if u don’t see select show all files type) system32 -> sethc & right click and change name to sethc0 now look for CMD once find right click and copy CMD and paste at the bottom of page after that rename this CMD copy to sethc & click on blank space so this change can be saved.
Now click on Cancel button on this file browser also close notepad and select (Don’t send on Microsoft error report window) click Finish on next window.

Now restart computer once see user name & password screen press SHIFT button 5 times u will see a window open select NO now u will see Command prompt screen.
In Command prompt type net user and press Enter
You will see users for example Admin Guest Mike

Type following command on command prompt

Net user mike * press enter

It will ask for new password just enter 2 times this will remove password from account U will see
Command completed successfully on command prompt
Close CMD you will see current user name without entering any password try sign in to windows you will be able to sign in windows
