Why I don't drink Coffee?

I have stopped drinking coffee a long time back. I always try to avoid coffee and tea. I stopped drinking coffee because the caffeine messes up with my sleep cycle and it gets tougher to concentrate on work and stuff.

The best drink I always recommend everyone is just plain water and nothing else. It hydrates our bodies, gives us strength and a few minerals. Water certainly doesn't have any side effects.

You need to do what feels good to you. LOTS of medical research shows the incredible PLUS of drinking 1-2 cups of organic coffee per day. Sleeplessness is more often due to a lack of magnesium and calcium that an excess of coffee.

But if you feel better. that's all that matters. :)
