why you should drink enough water in winter season?

people do not drink water in winter because it is the cold season so it is normal that they don't feel thirst. but it dangerous for your health you must drink at least 8 -10 liter water daily because water is important for our health.

there are lots of benefits from water like as for skin, manage your digest systems and immune system ETC. so why you feel tired from water in winter? always take one bottle of water in your pocket.

drink at least 8 glass water everyday because water is most important for humans. if you add one lemon in one litter water then it is most beneficial for you. because lemon is the best fruit which provide you full vitamin c plus energy.
