The name of this dish is custard. This is a very nutritious food. Today I will share with you how I prepare this food for my baby.
First, I took milk, polao rice, sugar, a little salt, bay leaves and some fruits. Inside the fruit, I took an apple, a ripe papaya, some grapes, and a banana.

Then I boiled 500 grams of milk in medium heat and converted it into 250 grams of milk, then I separated the polao rice and boiled it with water. Then I cut the fruits into small pieces.

I cut the fruit and put it in a box and keep it in the fridge for some time to set. Then when the milk is well mixed, I add sugar bay leaves boiled rice and a little salt.

The mixture of milk and polao rice is not mixed well so it becomes a bit thick. Then the stove should be turned off so that the milk gets completely cold. After that, when the fruits in the fridge are set, they should be taken down from the fridge. And then mix the mixture of milk and Polao rice in it. A little fruit should be sprinkled on top of it.
Then put it in the fridge for a while to cool down. This custard is a very nutritious food with lots of nutritional qualities inside the milk and fruits. Which is very healthy food for kids and adults.

You can prepare this food for children who do not like to eat cow's milk and do not like to eat fruit. But remember that this food should be kept out of the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before feeding to the child to normalize.
