Hverir, Icelandic landscape
Hverir. Geothermal region. Northeast Iceland
Iceland is a shelter for surreal scenes, one of which is the Hverir – a geothermal field to the east of Reykjahlid. The territory is decently dynamic, with mud-pots and sulfurous puddles foaming and steaming without end. A photographic artists dream, you will likewise see bubbling springs, fumaroles and vent.
