The Diary Game|| 28-04-2024|| Attending a wedding and signing up a new user on steemit

Dear Diary,

Another Sunday morning and I'm feeling so happy and relaxed, the day we were anticipating for weeks was finally here and we were all glad to be available. One of our young members in church had a wedding today and we also had a child dedication service still that day.

After getting things done I moved with my brother hurriedly to get things done in the church before our normal service will begin. The service went on as usual but this time the programs for the day was minimized to contain the events for the day. We started with some praises and we all exchanged pleasantries, meeting with people we didn't see for some days.

We were set and ready as we got everything in other to make sure things went well. They quickly re arranged the house for the wedding and I got the arrangement program, it was a very busy one because it was merged with the child dedication service. These couples already had their traditional marriage and I was glad to attend. While the arrangements were going on I quickly took a photo of the arrangements.

I Quickly took a selfie after I was done with my own arrangement, I also took a photo while the work was going on, some guests started arriving and the ushers showed them where to sit. We made sure everything was intact, from the sound system and we ran a few sound check to be sure. The guests were getting in and we brought in more chairs to contain more people and we looked at many things to make sure everything was proper.

While waiting for the time which was 10am to reach for the wedding service to begin, the coolers of rice and soup already arrived and you know how important that segment is, lol.

The second service began and we were alone our place of service, while getting things ready the groom arrived, while patiently waiting for the bride to arrive, it was really a lovely Moment which many people would love to involve in. The choir sang a nice song which was "Jesus maker of them all". The song was just too perfect as it brought in an emotional and lovely moment for everyone and the couples at most. They marched in to the hall as everyone were patiently waiting to receive them.

The couples marched in and they had their seat in front, sitting and waiting for instructions. The moderator of the service was back to the podium, as we continued the service based on the order of service from the program. We sang hymns and praises fo about thirty minutes as we all danced and we did merry with the celebrants.

It was the moment for the vows and the pastor was already on stage to receive them. After a short message they were called to the front area of the church where the couples faced each other. The vows were being read to them as the groom and bride answered in their respective time, "Yes I do". You can see love making reflections on their iris, people really felt emotional for this moment and I was just busy capturing the moment for great memories.

This is the ring part, where the groom placed a ring on the finger of his bride and the bride also did same, which they were blessed as husband and wife. The whole church rose and had this clap for the moments. I really enjoyed every bit of that time.

It was the photograph moment on the order of service, and the couples marched outside to take pictures, taking them with families and friends and more people as written on the program. I was already exhausted as I took a seat and ate with my friends, also took a drink to chill.

After getting done with everything we rushed home and I quickly remembered that I had someone to sign up on steemit, I was tired to meet the person but since it was fixed and the person was really hungry to join I had to make it out. We had little difficulties in the network area as I looked for other option and we were able to sign up successfully, he was very happy to finally create a steemit account as he his preparing his introduction post which is delayed due to the tight schedule he has because of school

I was very exhausted as you would tell from my look, I ate and slept throughout cos I didn't want much disturbances
