What do they taste like dried?
@joshamore and @flagship, They are delicious. Really sweet; they sorta taste like a dried apricot and mango mixed together.

I’m interested in this as well. Never tasted them dried.
Wow, that peeling machine looks so cool! I've never seen how to make Gotgam! How cool :) Thanks for sharing!
The peeling machine saves a LOT of time haha. I will probably have more post in the future about how to make stuff, as my mother-in-law makes a lot of stuff in Korean traditional style.
