A Saga of a Corporate Employee!!!

Hi Steemit,

As i mentioned in my introduction , i am a computer science engineer so i work in a corporate.

Working in a corporate has both its boon and banes and most of the time , banes overshadows the boons(if there are any).

So , i have a lot of friends in corporate with experience. Below i am sharing the experience of one of my friends.

Please read it and give me suggestions on how to motivate him and make him leave the condition he is in at present.

So here goes his experience..

"I know IT sector is a deep dark world where you don't get anything easily whatever you wish for but getting release while working in a project for more than 2 and half years with full dedication has got me nowhere.Supporting a project while spending half of your weekends in a month,your sleepless nights (Night shifts)not for months but for years has got me nowhere.

Trusting the same person again and again with a hope in my eyes has got me nowhere.Rejecting two bands in a row has got me nowhere.Working hard for a client and getting no appreciation has got me nowhere.I am still in this project and hoping that yes i will get release.Not in a condition of dropping papers because of family responsibilities,not in a condition of switching company because whatever i have learnt or done can be done by anyone.

Sometimes i think ,is this the world i am living in where getting something is this much difficult.
People say have patience ,you will get what you want but they forget even patience have limits and now this patience has started take a toll over my health as the stress level through which i go is hard to explain .

Someday i wish may be my death can only give me release because that is the only thing when they can't say that we are searching for your replacement as dead people don't have any replacement. "

i continuously try to cheer him up but it seems that he is in lot of depression.
