Chapter 001 : Career and family

Do I mention that other than BIG HUG BURGER, our company actually manage another 2 F&B brand in Malaysia? Yes, you heard it right! Currently we are managing 3 F&B brands now in Kuala Lumpur. Their name will be BIG HUG BURGER , BURGER GILER POWER and WHEELOAF. I will take the liberty to introduce our brand to all the Steemit friends and let you guys have a glimpse on how foodtruck culture in Malaysia looks like! Hope you enjoy my post.

Alright, lets start from Jason and Daniel both are the founder of this brand name BURGER GILER POWER. "GILER" actually mean crazy or super in our national language "Bahasa Melayu". (Just in case you have no idea what "GILER" means and you are welcome. XD) So the meaning of our brand simply means "The Powerful Burgers in Town".

How they started to step into F&B since both of them are the pastor in the church...?
A heart that wish to bless all their beloved church members give them a hint to make a F&B business start up. That time was during Christmas season, Jason who is the church pastor at that time wish to bless his church members a good meal. That's where the fire started to burn. After all the people that tried his recipe, one by one asking back for more. That's how he decided to start up a burger business. With limited experience and resources, they (Jason and Daniel) found a way to start the business with limited resources and flexible time. (*Just to recap, they are pastors. ;D) Then our beloved Burger Giler Power Foodtruck was born.

*During the days that when we just started our foodtruck business along the roadside.

Apparently in Malaysia foodtruckers are not allow to simply park at the road side and sell their food. If not, they will get tickets for doing so! As a good Malaysia citizen, we decided to partner with the owner to get permission to run our foodtruck business. :D

Besides daily operation, we also invited as a food caterer for people's wedding ceremonies! Is so good that we are able to share our food and joy with the couples!

This truck not just selling burgers and make money, but also a tonnes of crazy memories with all our brothers and sisters who work with us. No matter who you are and where you come from, we are one big family. We took this picture after a few sleepless night of food preps and the event finally ended with joy.

We even do delivery to your door steps! Malaysia lunch crowd traffic is bad? We will solve that for you instead. XD

The compliments from our loyal customers will be our fuel to move further and become greater and greater! Thanks guys for loving our food!

Almost forget to post our delicious "Gourmet Burger". FYI, from sauce to patty even buns we made from scratch! Quality wise, you can be the judge. Hahaha
