My wish is to never lose you

You have a color and more beautiful
So elegant like a peacock
The queen to my undying world.
Swimming with your feelings towards me
Grateful for the memories we have created
Toast to now, tomorrow and forever.

The poem is full of emotion, and I love how easy it is. Though I feel some parts are better if changed. Like this one:
Did you choose the word "unlike" intentionally? I find it strange but still readable and full of emotion. If it were me I'll use "opposite" instead of "unlike."
My wish is... I don't know, I feel that "I wish" would be better here.
I'm not a poet and English isn't my native language, I'm just saying that it'll sound better to me that way.
