5 SONGS THAT MAKE ME SLEEP

I don't have insomnia but have this habit of listening to music before sleep. Most nights when I have a lot to think about and get worried whether I would sleep, I have discovered the songs on my sleep playlist soothes and calms me down till I can sleep off.

Today, I present to you 5 songs that soothe, calm and make me sleep every night.

5.) Adore you by Miley Cyrus.

From the beginning to the chorus to the ending of the song puts me in the mood to listen to it all over again. Miley Cyrus really poured out her emotions into this song. My favorite part is part of the chorus.

Also, the beginning of the third verse:

4.) All of me by John Legend.

What can be more perfect than loving all that pertain to one's lover? John Legend sure knows how to make us fall in love with his voice and songs.

3.) You are not alone by Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson is the king of pop music no doubt. He poured out his emotions into this song in a way I can relate with. As a bachelor, I am alone most nights and that's why it is easy for me to relate with.

Distance is not barrier where love truly stands, that is the important message in this song.

2.) Don't know much by Aaron Neville & Linda Ronstadt

This is my favorite duet of all time. I find Aaron Neville's voice so soothing plus the lyrics that take me on a journey till I sleep off. I have no favorite part, I love everything about this song.

Give it up for the queen of music; Whitney Houston. I can say when other songs make my bed, this song tucks me in and makes sure I sleep peacefully. Whitney's voice should be a medicine because it is comforting.
