Recipes for Simple Egg Pecel Cuisine

Good afternoon Lovers of cuisine..

Back again with me @imarfood on the occasion this afternoon I will cook pecel eggs for openings later this afternoon and this is the process and the way I cook it.

Javanese people say this is called pecel eggs ... really suited for the lazy cook who is complicated like me 😜 what else is this cooking to break the fast so find a flash aja 😂 but if the matter of God's insyaa is good for beginners ... 😂

  • First of all prepare the material :
  •  Egg ... The amount is up to ya .. this time I make 5 grains only.
  • Spices are mashed: Garlic, pecan, kencur, chilli according to taste, and orange leaves. (The number of spices depends on the number of eggs cooked yes .. i use a number like in foto ).
  •  Onion thinly sliced (I pake about 10siung, a little bit much better to add), it looks before fried emang lot but if already fried into a little .. 
  •  Santan (the amount also depends on the number of eggs, I use 1 cup).
  •  Magic flavor taste 1bks.
  •  Salt, sugar, pepper / pepper powder to taste.

Fry all eggs make eggs fried / beef eyes .. Set aside.

Puree garlic, hazelnut, kencur, chilies and lime leaves.

Saute the ingredients that had been smoothed with a little oil until fragrant.

After seasoning pan-fried until fragrant then enter the coconut milk, stir.

If you have begun to boil enter the broth of powder, salt, sugar, and pepper powder .. taste taste test to get the right taste.

More delicious plus sliced leek, tp since I no longer have a supply of scallions so I do not include here.

If the taste is fit and the coconut milk has boiled enter the egg that had been fried.

Meanwhile, fried onion that had been sliced thin, fried enough half cooked, not to dry like fried onions to sprinkle yes ..

Stir briefly, turn off the stove and lift and serve.
