This cake has a sweet taste that fits well in the mouth and has a very soft texture. Sponge cake has various types of shapes and flavors. This cake is usually made by baking or steaming, both ways that both have a good taste. Below we will present a recipe about the process of making a simple sponge cake soft and soft, this cake we will make by baking in the oven.   Material :

  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 100 gram versatile flour
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon cake emulsifier (SP / TBM)
  • 50 gr margarine (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

How To Make Bake Bolu:

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and cake emulsifier using a mixer with high speed until fluffy and pale expands
  2. Insert vanilla powder, baking powder and wheat flour a little at a time, stir until dough is well blended
  3. Pour margarine that has been melted, stir again until blended
  4. Pour the dough into a 25 cm dish that has been buttered and sprinkled with wheat flour so as not to stick
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked and brownish
  6. Remove from the oven and baked sponge ready to serve

Prepare eggs and sugar, shake, soda stirring continue until fluffy

Enter the flour without mixer until well blended

Pour margarine that has been melted, stir again until blended. Pour the dough into a 25 cm dish that has been buttered and sprinkled with wheat flour so as not to stick

Prepare the baking pan, top with butter. Enter the dough

Add to oven and bake until yellow. Move the pan to the top to get hot and dry on top. bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked and brownish remove from the oven and baked sponge ready to serve
